Employment Law Litigation
- As an AHI Employers Organization Accredited Member, we represent fellow members in Conciliations, CON-ARB’s and Arbitrations, thus removing the stress of appearing at the CCMA as employer without representation.
- In conjunction with our litigation team, we can provide the employer with proper and professional representation at Labour Court.
